Driven Sales Support Wanted for Leading Fuel Industry Company
Our client, a leading company in the fuel industry, is now looking for a driven Sales Support to strengthen their team. You will play a central role in ensuring a smooth sales process and contributing to the company's continued success.
ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Sales Support, you will be an important part of the sales team, helping to make the sales work more efficient and ensuring that customers receive first-class service. In this role, you will closely collaborate with both salespeople and other functions to improve processes and support the company's business growth. You will be part of our client's Energy Sales Support team within the newly created Commercial Excellence department, which has a central mission to strengthen customer focus, profitability, and Sales Excellence by developing value propositions and working methods.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The role of Sales Support means that you support the sales organization with administrative tasks, prepare materials, and manage customer communication to streamline the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Provide qualified sales support through analyses of deals and customers
- Support the Sales Manager and Key Account Managers
- Coordinate larger procurements and prepare documentation for customers
- Handle administrative sales support tasks within the team
- Work with sales and order-related systems
- Develop routines and checklists for the sales support role
- Support the streamlining of working methods within Commercial Excellence
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Have a university degree in economics or documented several years of experience in analysis and support related to sales.
- Have good knowledge or education in LOU or experience in tender work related to LOU for large B2B companies.
- Have good knowledge as a user of IT systems related to sales, contracts, and business follow-up as well as MS Office
- Can speak and write Swedish and English fluently
- Have at least 5 years of experience in conducting business analyses in various systems (e.g., Power BI)
- Have at least 5 years of experience in driving change initiatives
- Have at least 5 years of experience in support work
It is a merit if you have:
- Experience from the Energy or Fuel industry
- Experience in sales work against traditional and complex sales processes
- Experience in improving and automating work tasks and administrative processes
- Experience working as a project manager
